St. Vitus values its customers and respects their privacy. Any information we collect about you is held with the utmost care and security. Your visit to our website and your use of any of the services or features we provide is subject to our terms and conditions of which this privacy policy is part. You will be asked to register if you would like to use some of the services and features we offer on our website. In order to register you will have to provide details including your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. When you register with us your information is stored in my account. Once you have logged in you can access my account directly to amend any personal details, for example if you change your address. When you give us information, it may be used for:

  1. Administration of our site; the information you give us is necessary to enable us to fulfil your order, make sure it is delivered correctly and to maintain your account.
  2. Customer service; we ask for your contact details, such as your e-mail address and telephone number, to enable us to answer any questions you have about using our website and to notify you about the status of your order.­
  3. Direct marketing; we want to keep you up to date on our latest products, promotional offers and events. By clicking on the register link you have agreed for us to inform you about these and other services and events we offer by e-mail, post or telephone. You can also choose when registering not to receive such information from other carefully selected companies by ticking the associated check box. From time to time we retain the services of other carefully selected and monitored companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf in connection with the successful operation and continuous improvement of this website. Examples of these functions would include the processing of data to process your order and maintain your account including the authorisation and validation of credit or debit card transactions, the provision of delivery services, the analysis of data, etc. These companies or individuals may be provided with access to your personal details in order to fulfil their function but may not use such information for any other purpose.
  4. Cookies; the St. Vitus on-line ordering system uses cookies to record a unique reference on your computer. The use of cookies allows us to remember the goods that you placed in your shopping basket. Our cookies do not remember your credit card details. You may experience technical difficulties in using our website if you have disabled cookies. If you have disabled JavaScript you will not be able to use this website. You can alter your cookie and JavaScript settings in your browser’s preferences which is usually found in the Edit menu.
  5. Data protection; St. Vitus complies with and is registered under the Data Protection Act. You may see the personal data that we hold on you by written request to: [email protected] . St. Vitus is committed to protecting the information we collect from you, which we use to enhance your experience of using our site and to provide you with the merchandise and services you request from us. The above section of our terms & conditions comprises our privacy policy and enables you to understand how we retain and use your personal information.
  6. Payment details; St. Vitus do not keep a record of credit card details for payments processed through transactions over the phone.

Returns Policy

If you are not entirely pleased with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 30 days of receipt. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Please take extra care to read any specific care instructions provided with your purchase. We cannot accept an item returned as faulty if the appropriate product care instructions have not been followed and the damage caused to the product is clearly due to wear and tear or misuse.  Return of an item is at your own cost unless the item is faulty. Please inspect all items on arrival for damage. Any damaged items should be reported immediately at [email protected], or by calling 020 8877 9153.

Wallpaper Orders in the UK

The majority of our wallpapers are always in stock. However if the wallpaper you have ordered is currently out of stock we will notify you when it is back in stock. You will not be charged for your order until it has been shipped.

UK Wallpaper Returns

Returns will be accepted for credit provided they have not been cut or damaged and provided they are returned within 7 days of invoice for a full refund. After 7 days you have 30 days from receipt to refund your wallpaper and a 20% handling will be levied plus any relevant carriage costs. Returns must be arranged in advance through the sales office ( 020 8877 9153 or [email protected]).

Re- Ordering Wallpaper in UK

If you wish to re-order wallpaper with a certain batch number please do this within 30 days of receipt. We cannot  guarantee that we will have that batch in stock when re-ordering.

Faulty Wallpaper

If you have ordered wallpaper directly through us please ensure the wallpaper hanger reads the hanging instructions carefully before commencing. Please note no claim will be allowed for the wallpaper hung in excess of one roll where a fault could reasonably be recognised prior to hanging. Please check that the correct wallpaper has been sent.

Delivery

Standard delivery is a flat fee of £5 and takes 3 working days for delivery. Express delivery is available for urgent orders. Please contact us for price and availability.
